All I am, I give to you . . .

Comfortable, sincere, loving, gentle, fun – these and many other words describe this incredibly sweet couple – Butch and Maygen Cassity.  When you first meet these two, you instantly become friends, and quite honestly, become part of their family.  They are so easy to get along with and have great hearts that embrace all whom they meet.  These were some of my thoughts when I first met them for their engagement session, and their wedding day was no different.  Calm, cool, and collected, they celebrated their love for one another surrounded so many family and friends.  It was a fairytale – beginning with her dress and ending with the sunset –  a day fit for a princess.  When you are finished browsing through some of thei wedding images, you can view their full wedding album by clicking HERE.

Butch and Maygen didn’t just meet one day and decide they were meant for each other – no, no, these two met way back in the seventh grade.  When Butch moved to Riverton, he and Maygen became good friends immediately.  Their story is so fun to listen to.  It is a story of friendship, of teenage love, of first heartbreaks, and of eternity.  Their story isn’t just about the two of them, but it is about trust, family, and commitment.   In the midst of their ceremony, they read love letters that they had written to one another, and I was fortunate to get a copy of each of them, and as I read them, I am reminded that marriage is about a partnership.  These two started a journey together back in the seveth grade, and I believe that they will see it through to the end.  Butch and Maygen, thank you so much for setting a great example of what a team looks like in a marriage.  I was so honored to be a part of your wedding day, and I hope that these images reflect the story of you – the story about a journey through love.
