Taste of America at Tratto

Taste America, presented by Capital One, is a nationwide initiative to bring together chefs, special guests, and diners from across the country to celebrate the local independent restaurants at the heart of our communities.
The dinner at Tratto will be an intimate gathering with a multi-course menu created by chef Cassie Shortino of Shorty’s Char Pit in Phoenix, chef Varanya Geyoonsawat of Kann in Portland, OR and chef Christa Chase of Tratto in Phoenix. The menu will reflect their signature styles and highlight the uniqueness of their restaurants and communities. The dinner will also include beverage pairings for each course.
