Dear Brian and Amanda,

Happy 4th Anniversary!

We often tell our clients that pictures, to us, are our “return ticket” to those moments that would otherwise be quickly forgotten as time and new memories fight for space in our brain.  This morning when I was reminded that today was your anniversary, I wanted to look back on that amazing day we spent together four years ago.  However, I was actually reminded that I am not very good at blogging!  HA!  (maybe a New Year’s resolution?) So, here’s to you.

Amanda, I saw that this is your first week back to work after having Nathan, and so you may not be with your boys today, so I hope that all these pictures will remind you of your great love story and how it continues.  It has been such an amazing honor to be a part of so many incredible moments between the two of you – starting with your engagement!  (Those pictures can be found HERE.)  You are both some of the most kind-hearted, authentic people I know.

My heart was so full, Brian, as I watched you laugh and play with your soon to be bride, when you kissed her face for the first time as her husband in the limo ride, and as I watched you come out of the delivery room with that sweet baby in your arms, knowing how long the two of you had prayed for that baby Rosco. (For anyone that wants to see that story, you can view it HERE.) . You have been an amazing daddy since before he was even born, and I know you will continue to serve God as a proud husband and father.  And Amanda, so many memories will be branded on my heart.  Watching you unwrap the gift from Brian (and your parents) on your wedding day, when you stepped in your dress, sharing in the laughter at your baby shower, hearing your prayers as a brand new mom . . . what a story.  (You can view Nathan’s birth story HERE.)
